Description

Chicago Joint Sealant Master Specification, Part 2

Last April, we began the process of authoring another CSI Chicago Chapter master for a "favorite" among specifiers: Section 079200 "Joint Sealants."  In January, we'll resume this process and, with input from technical representatives from leading joint sealant manufacturers and attendees, produce a draft section by the end of January.  Our eventual end-product will be a master specification made available for Chicago Chapter members' use, with regular updates by manufacturers to include the latest and greatest offerings.

The discussion will be facilitated by James Cross, CSI, CCS, AIA, Specifications Manager at Studio GC architecture + interiors, with input from all encouraged.
