Provide a brief description of your professional career.

I have worked for three different glass fabricators over the last 20 plus years. Been an active member of GANA/NGA organization and currently hold the Vice-Chair position for the Fabricating Committee. Chairman for Guidelines on Decorative glazing products in interior and exterior applications.

What is your most memorable construction project you worked on and why?

Publishing the Guidelines on Decorative glazing products in interior and exterior applications. Prior to this being published there were no guidelines - glass panels were good or bad based on whether someone liked it.

What are some challenges you face in the industry?

Lead Times for materials & Hired help

What has been your biggest benefit of being a CSI Chicago member?

Networking is the key! My main reason for being apart of CSI is the networking and building relationships from networking. These last two years have been the struggle, I believe because this pandemic has taken the networking from us. Zoom is fine but shaking a person hand and having a conversation is night/day.

Tell us three interesting things about You that we would not learn from your LinkedIn profile.

  1. Work hard - play hard
  2. I really enjoy my work!
  3. Huge sprint car fan. My father and I have attending Kings Royal for the last 20+ years.
